We all take our feet for granted. Day in, day out, we wear uncomfortable shoes for at least 8 hours, walk barefoot on gravel or pavement, basically we abuse them. How To Prevent / Treat Corns and Calluses on your Feet
Calluses Corns and are thick layers of skin caused by repeated pressure or friction usually caused by shoes that do not fit well or are loose.
Usually, preventing friction is the only treatment needed.
